This privacy policy describes how the conference organizer, ESRA, SRA-E and SRA handles personal data for ESREL SRA-E 2025. Your dietary restrictions will only be used for meal-planning purposes during the conference. Your name, email address, mobile number and nationality will be used to communicate important information about the current conference, including updates and logistical details, and to inform you about future conferences organised by us. The payment information (transaction information, payment method) will only be used for the processing of registration fees.
Your personal data will be retained in our records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above.
Personal Data and Third Parties
